'Yim Siam Flex' provides you with special flexibility and privileges to keep the value of your original reservations for future stays at our property in the unexpected event that your travel plans changes after your cancellation deadline. Whilst every effort & flexibility is made to fulfil any particular requests which you may make in relation to your future stay with us, we are pleased to offer the following flexibilities at specified rate plans that booked at our hotel website
Rack Rates: In case of cancellation within 7 days to your arrival, we will charge the full reservations amount in accordance with our cancellation policy. However, with the 'Rack rate' plan, we are pleased to offer a credit which may be 100 % equivalent to the total value of your original reservation you have already paid, and will allow you to book your next room reservation at our property.
Best Available Rates: In case of cancellation within 14 days to your arrival, we will charge the full reservations value accordance to our cancellation policy. However, with the 'Best Available Rate', we are pleased to offer a credit of up to 50 % of the total value of your original reservation you have already paid, and will allow you to book your next room reservation at our property.
- This offer is subject to availability.
- Applicable room rates for new reservations must be booked at 'Best Available Rates' or 'any room rates offered by reservations team'.
- You may change the length of stay, the room type and/or the schedule date of arrival.
- Credit are only redeemable for the values of room reservation at The Yim Siam Hotel.
- Un-used credits are non-refundable.
- Credit cannot be redeemed to any other services that are provided by the hotel's agents / suppliers. Non-refundable, non-exchangeable to any other person.
- Only one period of stay is allowed (check in once only)
- If total value of new room reservation is higher, the difference to the total value of original reservation will be charged at the time the new reservation is confirmed.
- Check in date of new reservation must be made within 1 year from original reservation, or otherwise this offer is invalid.
- Once new reservation is confirmed. No changes are allowed and is non refundable.
- You must notify us by email to res@yimsiamhotel.com before midday on your original check in date in order to benefit from the offer; otherwise, the privilege cannot be offered. Upon receiving your notification, we will send you confirmation of credit by email within 24 hours. If you do not receive any confirmation from us, please contact us within 24 hours; otherwise privilege cannot be activated.
